Primary Siding (MP-1 & 7): Maibec Contemporary vertical and horizontal wood siding (6" size) finished in 063-Sunkissed Beige - Textured.

Accent Siding (13): Ideal Roofing (or equivalent) 22 mm corrugated horizontal metal siding in Black - 8262.

Sub-Framing: 1x3 (19x64mm) strapping placed perpendicular to the cladding, staggered and gapped to allow for proper airflow and drainage within the assembly.

Wall Assembly (W2): Features Rockwool Comfortboard 80 insulation and a vapour permeable self-adhered air and weather barrier over OSB sheathing.

Interior Structure: 140mm wood studs containing R22 fibreglass batt insulation, backed by a poly vapour barrier, wood furring at 406mm O.C. with R4 fibreglass batt insulation, and finished with gypsum wall board.

Primary Cladding (MP-1): 0.16" thick Alfrex ACM Panel Cladding System, finished in MZG Gray Mica.

Sub-Framing: Two-part thermally broken stainless steel clip and rail system utilizing ACS thermal stainless steel intermittent clips and 25 mm continuous 18-gauge galvanized zinc-coated metal Z-bars.

Membranes: Continuous water, air, and vapour barrier membranes utilizing Blueskin SA (AVB1) and Blueskin VP160 (AVB2).

Insulation: A combination of 150 mm and 165 mm semi-rigid mineral wool insulation (INS-5), alongside 75 mm rigid insulation (INS-7).

Flashing: Fabricated 26-gauge pre-painted prefinished metal flashing with sprung edge sealant, colored to match the exposed ACM panels.

Sealant: Dow Sil 756SMS joint sealant by Dow Chemical, color-matched to the MP-1 cladding.

Soffit: Alfrex ACM Panel Cladding System, finished in MZG Gray Mica.

Soffit (S-1): Rheinozinc 30 mm preformed modular zinc panel cladding.

Roofing (R-3): 0.76 mm standing seam metal roofing installed over 127 mm polyiso insulation and 137 mm Z-girts.
